释义	婴儿满周岁时,经县(区)以上(含县、区)医疗或保健机构确诊为体弱儿,可以适当延长哺乳期,但是不得超过6个月。即哺乳女职工请哺乳假最长可到婴儿1岁半时为止。法律依据：《女职工劳动保护规定》第八条任何用人单位对有不满1周岁婴儿的女职工,应当在每班劳动时间内给予其两次哺乳(含人工喂养)时间,每次30分钟。多胞胎生育的,每多哺乳一个婴儿,每次哺乳时间增加30分钟。哺乳时间和在本单位内哺乳往返中的时间算作劳动时间。企业不得在女职工哺乳期降低其基本工资。
