释义	法律分析：这不合法。法律规定正式员工提前一个月（试用期提起三天）书面向单位申请离职，或者与单位协商经过单位同意，或者单位有违法情形的，当事人都可以离职。单位故意刁难不让离职，可以去劳动行政部门申诉。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十七条　劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
