释义	应付息税是什么意思？应付息税也叫利息税，指香港地区对获得利息收入的人征收的一种税。征税范围包括在香港来自债券、房地产的典当、抵押借据、存款、借款、暂支或其他债务所获得的利息，除另有规定免税外，都应当按规定征税。自2007年8月15日起，将储蓄存款利息所得个人所得税的适用税率由现行的20%调减为5%。10月9日，国务院决定对储蓄存款利息所得暂停征收个人所得税。这样解释大家理解吗？该内容由杨振军律师和律说律答共创回答
