释义	法律分析：一定会告知本人的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国行政处罚法》第四十四条行政机关在作出行政处罚决定之前，应当告知当事人拟作出的行政处罚内容及事实、理由、依据，并告知当事人依法享有的陈述、申辩、要求听证等权利。第四十八条具有一定社会影响的行政处罚决定应当依法公开。公开的行政处罚决定被依法变更、撤销、确认违法或者确认无效的，行政机关应当在三日内撤回行政处罚决定信息并公开说明理由。
