法律分析：根据我国官方要求，回国人员需持登机前48小时核酸检测阴性报告
拿到检测报告后，回国人员需申请“防疫健康码国际版”
飞机落地后，会有机场工作人员指导乘客分批下飞机。最好把健康码和海关申报码截图保存，因为之后层层检查时还会用到
入境人员需在工作人员的指导下按照指定路线领取检测试剂物品、办理入境、核酸检测（鼻、口、血清均需采样）以及等待酒店分配。
到达酒店后，工作人员将对所有行李进行集体消毒，然后一个个办理入住，隔离时间一般为飞机落地后的14天
地方隔离政策实行“14+14”，或“14+7+7”政策
法律依据：《中华人民共和国治安处罚法》 第十条 对于违反治安管理的外国人，可以附加适用限期出境或者驱逐出境。
《中华人民共和国出入境管理法》
第六十二条 关于外国人可以遣送出境的情形，其中第四项规定了违反本法或者其他法律、行政法规需要遣送出境的。
第八十一条 外国人从事与停留事由不相符的活动，或者有其他违反中国法律、法规规定，不适宜在中国境内继续停留居留情形的，可以处限期出境。
《中华人民共和国刑法》 第三条 凡在中华人民共和国领域内犯罪的，除法律特别规定之外，都适用本法。
