释义	法律分析：不是公章，一个企业法人领取了营业执照以后，就可以刻制三枚公章并在工商局备案：公章、合同专用章和财务专用章。这三枚公章是具有代表企业法人行为的、具有法律效力的印鉴。法律依据：《中华人民共和国企业法人登记管理条例》第十六条申请企业法人开业登记的单位，经登记主管机关核准登记注册，领取《企业法人营业执照》后，企业即告成立。企业法人凭据《企业法人营业执照》可以刻制公章、开立银行账户、签订合同，进行经营活动。登记主管机关可以根据企业法人开展业务的需要，核发《企业法人营业执照》副本。
