释义	法律分析：教师指导小学生基本在校内完成书面作业，初中学生基本在校内完成大部分书面作业。还有规定了学校老师不可以任性惩罚学生写作业，不可以为了痛快发泄给学生留重复性作业，而且要求教师自行批改作业，不可以再让家长帮助学生批改作业了，规定如下:教师要对布置的学生作业全批全改，严禁给家长布置作业，严禁要求家长批改作业。法律依据：《中华人民共和国义务教育法》第三十七条学校应当保证学生的课外活动时间，组织开展文化娱乐等课外活动。社会公共文化体育设施应当为学校开展课外活动提供便利。
