释义	企业质量体系认证制度是指国务院产品质量监督管理部门或者由它授权的部门认可的认证机构，依据国际通用的质量管理和质量保证系列标准，对企业的质量体系和质量保证能力进行审核，经认证合格，颁发企业质量体系认证证书，以兹证明的制度。所谓国际通用的“质量管理和质量保证”系列标准，指的是国际标准化组织(ISO)于1987年3月正式发布的ISO9000系列国际标准。
