法律分析：仙人跳即在嫖娼过程中遭受诈骗的行为。对于受害人，虽然其遭受了诈骗，但是其嫖娼行为仍然违反治安管理法规，按照法律规定，情节较轻的应处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法 》第六十六条 卖淫、嫖娼的，处十日以上十五日以下拘留，可以并处五千元以下罚款；情节较轻的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。 在公共场所拉客招嫖的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。
