释义	法律分析：新签订的合同，属于补签的合同，只要双方认可，合同一样有效，无需做旧。合同另一方不认可，一方再怎么做旧也是无效的，只要另一方申请鉴定，必然会露出马脚。并且鉴定的费用最终要由伪造证据一方承担。故意做旧，属于伪造证据，是违法行为，是要承担法律责任的，严重的就属于犯罪，应当受到刑事处罚。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百六十五条依法成立的合同，受法律保护。依法成立的合同，仅对当事人具有法律约束力，但是法律另有规定的除外。
