释义	法律分析: 精神暴力家庭又称家庭冷暴力，是指夫妻在产生矛盾时，是对对方表现较为冷淡、轻视、放任和疏远。其明显特征是漠不关心对方，将语言交流降低到最低限度，停止或敷衍性生活，懒于做一切家务等。法律依据:《《中华人民共和国民法典》》第一千零九十一条有下列情形之一，导致离婚的，无过错方有权请求损害赔偿: （一）重婚；（二）与他人同居；（三）实施家庭暴力；（四）虐待、遗弃家庭成员；（五）有其他重大过错。
