释义	法律分析：遗失物原则上不适用善意取得制度，但有3个例外：1、权利人有权自知道或应当知道善意受让人之日起2年内请求善意的受让人后返还(不是从被盗之日)，2年期满后，善意取得所有权，也即回复请求权，回复请求权又分为无偿回复请求权与有偿回复请求权。2、遗失物可以善意取得当铺抵押权与当铺质权。等等法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第三百一十四条拾得遗失物，应当返还权利人。拾得人应当及时通知权利人领取，或者送交公安等有关部门。
