嫖娼的定义
释义
法律分析：嫖娼，是存在金钱交易而产生的不正当性行为。嫖娼是非法的性交易，对社会存在严重不良的道德影响，在我的法律法规中，嫖娼受到绝对的禁止，严抓嫖娼卖淫等涉黄非法活动。嫖娼卖淫不仅对社会有危害，还容易染上艾滋病、梅毒、乙肝等性传播疾病。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第六十六条 卖淫、嫖娼的，处十日以上十五日以下拘留，可以并处五千元以下罚款；情节较轻的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。
在公共场所拉客招嫖的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。
