释义	法律分析：采取身份证和人事档案相结合的办法，来认定职工的出生时间。法律依据：劳动部办公厅《关于核定职工退休年龄问题的复函》关于企业办理职工退休是以档案中历史记载的出生日期为依据，还是以职工身份证、户口本记载的出生日期为依据的问题，我们认为，在启用身份证以前，办理职工退休手续时，原则上应以职工原始档案中记载的出生日期为准;《中华人民共和国身份证条例》和《中华人民共和国身份证条例实施细则》发布以后，凡启用了身份证的，在办理职工退休手续时，应以职工身份证记载的出生日期为准。
