释义	法律分析：国籍的取得有两种形式，出生国籍和继有国籍。出生国籍一般施行血统主义和出生地主义（美国是出生地主义，只要你在美国出生就具有美国国籍）；继有国籍，就是后来通过申请取得的，各国有不同条件。法律依据：《中华人民共和国国籍法》第八条申请加入中国国籍获得批准的，即取得中国国籍；被批准加入中国国籍的，不得再保留外国国籍。第九条定居外国的中国公民，自愿加入或取得外国国籍的，即自动丧失中国国籍。
