释义	法律分析：单位扣除工资最高只是当日工资的百分之七十，或月终奖金的百分之三十。而扣除三倍工资显然已经超过了上述合理范围，所以单位规章制度中的这种规定是不合法的。这种规定也是无效的，劳动者不必执行。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第五十条工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。
