诉讼开庭了原告不来怎么办

法律分析：开庭原告不到场，法院会按照撤诉处理。请不请律师由当事人决定，法律没有规定打官司必须要请律师。无论是民事、行政还是刑事诉讼，委托代理律师都是当事人的诉讼权利。既然是权利，当事人可以行使，也可以不行使，所以只要当事人觉得自己可以上庭为自己辩论，不请律师也是可以打官司的。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》 第一百四十三条 原告经传票传唤，无正当理由拒不到庭的，或者未经法庭许可中途退庭的，可以按撤诉处理告反诉的，可以缺席判决。
