释义	法律分析：自2015年6月10日起，铁路部门推出“变更到站”服务。旅客购票后，可根据行程变化，重新选择新的目的地，在车票预售期内变更到站及乘车日期、车次、席位。法律依据：中华人民共和国国务院令第639号《铁路安全管理条例》第二十五条用于铁路运输的安全检测、监控、防护设施设备，集装箱和集装化用具等运输器具，专用装卸机械、索具、篷布、装载加固材料或者装置，以及运输包装、货物装载加固等，应当符合国家标准、行业标准和技术规范。
