法律分析：股权转让对于现持有人来说是利好消息,对场外散户是利空消息。股权登记后就要分红、配股,多数公司配股、分红后股票一般都会下跌,调整好长一段时间。 我国的非流通股市场过去的流通受到国家证券法等法律法规的限制,导致股权转让十分困难。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》 第七十二条 有限责任公司的股东之间可以相互转让其全部或者部分股权。股东向股东以外的人转让股权，应当经其他股东过半数同意。
