释义	法律分析：工伤员工赖着不出院，若医院认为已经治愈可以出院的，用人单位可以停止支付医疗费用。即使后续需要支付，再行补上即可。发生工伤用人单位应当在事故伤害发生之日起三十日内申请工伤认定。工伤认定且伤情稳定后，再及时申请劳动能力鉴定，若工伤员工拒不接受劳动能力鉴定的，可以停止支付工伤保险待遇。法律依据：《工伤保险条例》第四十二条工伤职工有下列情形之一的，停止享受工伤保险待遇：（一）丧失享受待遇条件的（二）拒不接受劳动能力鉴定的（三）拒绝治疗的。
