释义	法律分析：监狱里干活是没有工资可拿的，但是有劳动报酬。监狱里犯人的劳动报酬并不能够被称呼为工资，因为社会企业发放给员工的工资跟监狱里发放给罪犯的劳动报酬是有本质上的区别的。工资体现的是劳动者在社会上创造的价值，而监狱的工作主要目的是为了改造罪犯，发放的报酬是对劳改犯的认可，两者不可混为一谈。法律依据：《中华人民共和国监狱法》第六十九条有劳动能力的罪犯，必须参加劳动。
