释义	在我国是没有无限责任公司的，对民事债务承担无限责任的公司包括一人有限公司、合伙企业、个人独资企业等。无限责任公司由两个以上股东组成、股东对公司债务负连带无限责任的公司形式，又称无限公司，为最典型的人合公司，必须由两个以上的股东所组成，而且股东必须是自然人。法律依据：《公司法》第三条公司是企业法人，有独立的法人财产，享有法人财产权。公司以源其全部财产对公司的债务承担责任。有限责任公司的股东以其认缴的出资额为限对公司承担责任；股份有限公司的股东以其认购的股份为限对公司承担责任。
