释义	法律分析：不可以。根据法律规定，生前将房屋赠与他人后，房屋所有权就转移给其他人，房屋所有人将房屋赠与他人后，如果房屋办理产权转移登记的，受赠人取得房屋所有权。所以赠与死亡后，继承人对房屋没有继承权。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百五十七条赠与合同是赠与人将自己的财产无偿给予受赠人，受赠人表示接受赠与的合同。第一千一百二十二条遗产是自然人死亡时遗留的个人合法财产。依照法律规定或者根据其性质不得继承的遗产，不得继承。
