释义	在实践中，协商和解可以在其权益受到侵犯时，带上有关证据，如购货凭证或者服务单据以及受损失证据，找到经营者，向其负责人或者主管解决纠纷的部门说明情况，并提出自己的意见和要求。如果经营者觉得消费者的意见和要求合理，就会接受。如果经营者觉得消费者的要求过高，就会要求消费者降低其要求。经过一番“讨价还价”后，达成一个双方都愿意接受的协议时，争议就解决了。法律依据《消费者权益保护法》第39条
