释义	法律分析: 出庭作证是公民的义务，有需要的时候证人应履行义务出庭作证。证人不出庭，只提供书面证词的情形是无效的，确有困难不能出庭的除外。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第七十条凡是知道案件情况的单位和个人，都有义务出庭作证。有关单位的负责人应当支持证人作证。证人确有困难不能出庭的，经人民法院许可，可以提交书面证言。
