释义	法律分析：标的物是指当事人双方权利义务的客体，是商业销售合同中的一种特定条款。标的物是指销售合同中所指的标的物或者是商品。标的和标的物并不是永远共存的。合同中必须有标的，但不一定就会有标的物。劳务合同中的主体是提供劳务的当事人之间的劳务关系。在劳动合同中，就没有标的物。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百一十五条出卖人应当按照约定的质量要求交付标的物。出卖人提供有关标的物质量说明的，交付的标的物应当符合该说明的质量要求。
