释义	单位工程质量验收合格应符合下列规定：（1）单位工程所含分部(子分部)工程的质量均应验收合格。（2）质量控制资料应完整。（3）单位工程所含分部工程有关安全和功能的检测资料应完整。（4）主要功能项目的抽查结果应符合相关专业质量验收规范的规定。（5）观感质量验收应符合要求。法律依据:《建设工程质量管理条例》第四十九条建设单位应当自建设工程竣工验收合格之日起15日内，将建设工程竣工验收报告和规划、公安消防、环保等部门出具的认可文件或者准许使用文件报建设行政主管部门或者其他有关部门备案。
