买房房产证多久能办好 |

法律分析：由于各城市，甚至各家开发商情况不尽相同，所以具体办证时间主要还是看购房合同上的约定时间。一般来说，合同约定90天到180天以内都属于正常范围，最高不得超过两年。
假若合同里没有约定办房产证期限的话，那就按照国家的相关法律规定：如果是期房，从交房的使用之日那天算起，90天之间开发商一定要办理好房产证；如果是现房，从合同的订立之日起90日就需要办理好房产证了。
此外，如果是全款买房（贷款的还需办理银行抵押），也可以自己向开发商索要相关资料去房管局办理房产证，时间相对较短。
法律依据：《城市房地产转让管理规定》 第七条 房地产转让，应当按照下列程序办理：
(一)房地产转让当事人签订书面转让合同;
(二)房地产转让当事人在房地产转让合同签订后90日内持房地产权属证书、当事人的合法证明、转让合同等有关文件向房地产所在地的房地产管理部门提出申请，并申报成交价格;
(三)房地产管理部门对提供的有关文件进行审查，并在7日内作出是否受理申请的书面答复，7日内未作书面答复的，视为同意受理;
(四)房地产管理部门核实申报的成交价格，并根据需要对转让的房地产进行现场查勘和评估;
(五)房地产转让当事人按照规定缴纳有关税费;
(六)房地产管理部门办理房屋权属登记手续，核发房地产权属证书。
