释义	校园网贷的法律保护暂时不存在。就目前我国现行法律而言，还没有对校园网贷法律保护的相关立法。但是，教育部办公厅、银监会办公厅联合印发了《关于加强校园不良网络借贷风险防范和教育引导工作的通知》明确了部分关于建立校园不良网络借贷实时预警机制等信息，对未来建立其相关立法起到了启示作用。【法律依据】《民法典》第九百六十一条中介合同是中介人向委托人报告订立合同的机会或者提供订立合同的媒介服务，委托人支付报酬的合同。第九百六十六条本章没有规定的，参照适用委托合同的有关规定。
