释义	法律分析：要满足4个条件：只有在国家公共利益、本人或他人的合法权利受到不法侵害时；必须是在不法侵害正在进行的时候；必须是对不法侵害者本人实施防卫，而不能对无关的第三者实施；正当防卫不能超过必要的限度，造成不应有的损害。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二十条为了使国家、公共利益、本人或者他人的人身、财产和其他权利免受正在进行的不法侵害，而采取的制止不法侵害的行为，对不法侵害人造成损害的，属于正当防卫，不负刑事责任。
