释义	法律分析: 债权转让的程序是：债权人与受让人协商后，签订相应的债权转让协议；然后通知债务人；最后办理审批、登记等手续。如果债权人转让其债权不通知债务人，则该转让行为对债务人无效，并且按照规定，债权转让的，其从权利也一并转让。《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百四十六条债权人转让债权，未通知债务人的，该转让对债务人不发生效力。债权转让的通知不得撤销，但是经受让人同意的除外。
