法律分析：
所谓的阴阳合同，指的就是合同的当事人，因同一事项而订立了两份以上的不同内容的合同。危害：签订两份购房合同的行为存在极大的法律风险，一旦涉及到阴阳合同，双方做低房价少缴税的行为是法律上明令禁止的逃税违法行为。如果偷税数额较大、次数较多，则可能构成犯罪，将面临的是刑事处罚。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第四百六十五条 依法成立的合同，受法律保护。依法成立的合同，仅对当事人具有法律约束力，但是法律另有规定的除外。
