释义	法律分析：当月认证的发票是必须当月抵扣的。一般纳税人申请抵扣的增值税专用发票和货物运输业增值税专用发票、机动车销售统一发票，必须自开具之日起180日内进行认证，认证通过的方可作为扣税凭证。如认证不符，按规定处理。法律依据：《中华人民共和国票据法》第八十三条支票可以支取现金，也可以转账，用于转账时，应当在支票正面注明。支票中专门用于支取现金的，可以另行制作现金支票，现金支票只能用于支取现金。支票中专门用于转账的，可以另行制作转账支票，转账支票只能用于转账，不得支取现金。
