法律分析：支付高于正常工作工资的情形有：
1、安排劳动者延长时间的，支付不低于工资150％的工资；
2、休息日安排劳动者工作，不能安排补休的，支付不低于工资200％的工资；
3、法定节假日安排劳动者工作的，支付不低于工资300％的工资。用人单位依法安排劳动者在日常法定标准工作时间以外延长工作时间的，按照劳动合同规定的劳动者小时工资标准150％支付劳动者工资。用人单位依法安排劳动者在休息日工作，但不能安排补休的，按照劳动合同规定的劳动者本人日或者小时工资标准200％支付劳动者工资。

第四十四条 有下列情形之一的，用人单位应当按照下列标准支付高于劳动者正常工作时间工资的工资报酬：
（一）安排劳动者延长工作时间的，支付不低于工资的百分之一百五十的工资报酬；
（二）休息日安排劳动者工作又不能安排补休的，支付不低于工资的百分之二百的工资报酬；
（三）法定休假日安排劳动者工作的，支付不低于工资的百分之三百的工资报酬。
第十三条 妇女享有与男子平等的就业权利。在录用职工时，除国家规定的不适合妇女的工种或者岗位外，不得以性别为由拒绝录用妇女或者提高对妇女的录用标准。
