释义	法律分析：不加班不会被扣钱，公司不能强制加班。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第四十二条加班的情形；（一）发生自然灾害、事故或者因其他原因，威胁劳动者生命健康和财产安全，需要紧急处理的；（二）生产设备、交通运输线路、公共设施发生故障，影响生产和公众利益，必须及时检修的；（三）法律，行政法规规定的其他情形。第四十三条　用人单位不得违反本法规定延长劳动者的工作时间。第九十条　用人单位违反本法规定，延长劳动者工作时间的，由劳动行政部门给予警告，责令改正并可以处以罚款。
