释义	【法律意见】根据有关规定，在异地去世人员，原则上遗体应当在当地殡仪馆火化，禁止运往外地。因特殊原因确需运回原籍的，必须符合以下条件：(1)必须经当地民政部门批准；(2)必须在当地殡仪馆进行防腐、消毒等处理；(3)必须由当地卫检部门出据的《移运证》；(4)必须由当地殡仪馆承办遗体运送业务。运送到安葬地殡仪馆。
