释义	法律分析：净身出户因为不属于法律上的概念，因此法律对其并无定义。通俗点讲净身出户就是离婚时一方要求另一方放弃一切钱财，只带自己的身体走。法律是不支持净身出户的，如果夫妻协商好一方净身出户，法律也并不阻止。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零八十七条离婚时，夫妻的共同财产由双方协议处理;协议不成的,由人民法院根据财产的具体情况,按照照顾子女、妨和无过错方权益的原则判决。对夫或者妻在家庭土地承包经营中享有的权益等，应当依法予以保护。
