释义	法律分析：事后不可罚行为是在状态犯实行行为完成后，为维持或利用不法状态以确保犯罪利益得以实现的行为，虽在形式上符合某一犯罪构成，但因法律对该事后行为缺乏适法行为的期待可能性，故不单独定罪处罚的行为。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第三条法律明文规定为犯罪行为的，依照法律定罪处刑；法律没有明文规定为犯罪行为的，不得定罪处刑。第四条对任何人犯罪，在适用法律上一律平等。不允许任何人有超越法律的特权。
