释义	周五离职周末是没有工资的。劳动者和用人单位建立劳动关系，用人单位实行双休制的，每月计薪按当月天数计算，劳动者周五离职周六周日不算工资不违法。劳动者和用人单位依法解除劳动合同，离职当月的工资是以劳动者的实际的考勤天数和标准考勤进行折算。法律依据：《工资支付暂行规定》第七条工资必须在用人单位与劳动者约定的日期支付。如遇节假日或休息日，则应提前在最近的工作日支付。工资至少每月支付一次，实行周、日、小时工资制的可按周、日、小时支付工资。
