释义	法律分析：关于合同诉讼管辖地一般是合同履行地或者被告住所地人民法院管辖；当事人在合同中对合同履行地点有约定的，则按照约定确定合同履行地，从而确定合同履行的管辖法院，除该条第三款规定情形外，不考虑该合同是否已经实际履行以及实际履行地点是否与约定的不同。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第二十三条因合同纠纷提起的诉讼，由被告住所地或者合同履行地人民法院管辖。
