释义	离婚信用卡债务应该先确定债务性质，如果是夫妻共同债务的，由夫妻双方共同偿还，共同财产不足清偿或者财产归各自所有，双方协议不成的，由人民法院判决。如果是一方的个人债务，由一方个人承担偿还责任。婚姻关系存续期间以一方名义所欠的债务，原则上应当认定为夫妻共同债务，但非法债务除外，赌债或从事违法犯罪行为所欠债务要么不受法律保护，要么应由债务人自己一人承担，应该由夫妻共同偿还。但是，如果夫妻一方能够证明该债务确为欠债人个人债务，那么未欠债的婚姻关系当事人可以对抗债权人的请求。
