释义	法律分析：离职要申请。劳动者向企业提出单方面解除劳动合同的，一般需要提前三十天通知单位。提前通知期是三十天，也就是说，劳动者需要提前三十天通知企业，不可以立即提出立即就走。如果因为劳动者的不当离职，给企业造成损失的，那么用人单位是可以向辞职者提出赔偿要求的。但是这并不意味着企业可以随意克扣工资。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
