释义	法律分析：贷款贴息政策是指国家为扶持某行业，对该行业的贷款实行利息补贴，此类贷款称为贴息贷款。贷款贴息指用于从事微利项目的小额担保贷款由财政据实全额或者部分贴息，借款人本人贷款期内不支付利息，贴息最长不超过两年，展期不贴息。法律依据：《中华人民共和国商业银行法》第七条商业银行开展信贷业务，应当严格审查借款人的资信，实行担保，保障按期收回贷款。商业银行依法向借款人收回到期贷款的本金和利息，受法律保护。
