释义	法律分析：无工作的离休干部遗孀，去世后，没有丧葬费。离休干部遗孀与离休干部本人是两回事。但离休干部原单位应当也可以适当给予一次性补助。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动保险条例》第十四条工人与职员因病或非因工负伤死亡时，由劳动保险基金项下付给丧葬补助费，其数额为该企业全部工人与职员平均工资两个月另由劳动保险基金项下，按其供养直系亲属人数，付给供养直系亲属救济费，其数额为死者本人工资六个月到十二个月。详细办法在实施细则中规定。
