释义	法律分析：工作11个小时不正常，我国奉行八小时工作制，加班要适度，并且用人单位要支付加班费。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第四十二条有下列情形之一的，延长工作时间不受本法第四十一条规定的限制：（一）发生自然灾害、事故或者因其他原因，威胁劳动者生命健康和财产安全，需要紧急处理的；（二）生产设备、交通运输线路、公共设施发生故障，影响生产和公众利益，必须及时抢修的；（三）法律、行政法规规定的其他情形。第四十三条用人单位不得违反本法规定延长劳动者的工作时间。
