释义	公民私人签订的借条，只要是双方真实意思表示并且不违法的，都有法律效力，如果借条内容违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定、违背了公序良俗或属于他人恶意串通损害当事人权利的，借条即属于无效的，法院就不会认可该无效借条。法律规定：《中华人民共和国民法典》：第一百五十三条违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定的民事法律行为无效。但是，该强制性规定不导致该民事法律行为无效的除外。违背公序良俗的民事法律行为无效。
