释义	法律分析：当已发布的证书、报告需要修改时，可以两种方式进行修改：一种是追加文件；另一种是重新出具一份完整的新的证书、报告。法律依据：《司法鉴定程序通则》第十二条委托人委托鉴定的，应当向司法鉴定机构提供真实、完整、充分的鉴定材料，并对鉴定材料的真实性、合法性负责。司法鉴定机构应当核对并记录鉴定材料的名称、种类、数量、性状、保存状况、收到时间等。诉讼当事人对鉴定材料有异议的，应当向委托人提出。
