释义	法律分析：由于行纪合同是有偿合同，所以本条规定，对于行纪活动中所占有的属于委托人权利的货物、有价证券、货币或其他财产性权利等，行纪人应当进行妥善保管。未尽到妥善保管与处理义务的，对于行纪货物或权利的灭失、毁损应负赔偿责任。对于鲜活商品或者其他不容易保管的货物，行纪人还可以及时处理，以便保证委托人的利益。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第九百五十三条行纪人占有委托物的，应当妥善保管委托物。
