释义	我国法律规定，公民的权利可以依公民的个人意志而决定是否放弃，他人无权干涉。而公民的义务必须履行，不存在放弃的权力。选举权属裂纳于公民的权利之一，可以放弃。法律依据：《中华人民共和国宪法》第三十四条羡耐中华人民共和国年满十八周岁的公民，不分民族、种族、性别、职业、家庭出身、宗教信仰、教育程度、财产状况、居住期限，都有肆派没选举权和被选举权;但是依照法律被剥夺政治权利的人除外。
