释义	怀孕期间公司不可以随意调动工作，调动工作需要经过劳动者本人的同意，并且要基于保护女职工的原则；也就是说如果怀孕女职工不能胜任、不能适应原工作岗位，用人单位应当在减轻劳动量、改善相应的工作条件的基础上为其调整岗位，安排其他劳动。单位不得将怀孕女职工从事国家规定的第三级体力劳动强度的劳动和孕期禁忌从事的劳动。【法律依据】《劳动法》第六十一条，不得安排女职工在怀孕期间从事国家规定的第三级体力劳动强度的劳动和孕期禁忌从事的劳动。对怀孕七个月以上的女职工，不得安排其延长工作时间和夜班劳动。
